Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide both functional finance and technical expertise to deliver transformative EPM/CPM solutions. You will manage multiple project teams, engage directly with client leadership, and ensure successful solution implementation using Oracle and/or Dodeca technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
• Build best practices into planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Implement new performance reporting, planning, and forecasting processes within Oracle and/or Dodeca.
• Provide a combination of functional and technical finance knowledge to clients.
• Manage multiple project teams, coordinating resources across different locations.
• Identify, document, and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Foster strong working relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate and lead client meetings and workshops.
• Develop team work plans and coordinate team activities.
• Oversee project deliverables, budget, and quality standards.
• Mentor and coach Analysts and Associate Consultants.
• Contribute to practice development and business development initiatives.
• Develop statements of work and manage change orders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle and/or Dodeca technology stacks.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and business user interfacing.
• Prior team management experience, including mentoring, delegating, and reviewing staff work.
• Experience with automation scripts (for example, business rules, scripts, and integrations).
• Proficiency in Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, financial close cycles, planning and forecasting processes, and industry best practices.
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for both public and private companies.
• Familiarity with joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, and equity pickup.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills.
